OilCop Wireless 55 Gallon Drum Cart
This versatile mobile cart system includes everything required for a fully functioning mobile dispensing cart which is capable of handling drums up to 55 gallons and communicates with the OilCop fluid management system.

The Oil Cop “Fluid Control Module” wirelessly communicates transaction data from the mobile cart to any networked smart device. The system does not require it to be used with a computer since it operates independently via the Controller/Communication Data Module (sold separately). System parameters such as type of fluid, initial fluid quantity, PIN codes, preset or free dispense authorization along with several other parameters are input to the system via a networked computer or laptop. Transaction data such as date, time, quantity dispensed, type of fluid dispensed and technician performing the dispense operation can all be stored and/or printed out for control and historical records.
The Pulse/Solenoid Module provides several functions such as metering, fluid start/stop functions and it also incorporates an inlet screen to protect the metering gears (fig. 1).
Figure 2 shows the rechargeable battery pack, recharging transformer and fluid connections entering and exiting the Pulse/Solenoid Module (PSM)
Shown in fig. 3 is the mobile cart fully assembled with a 55 gallon drum and pump installed. The 1/2” x 6’ discharge hose is long enough to allow the pump to be removed from the drum and placed into the holding brackets/drip cup to facilitate drum change. A convenient control handle retainer bracket is also provided to allow storage of the discharge control handle when not in use. The heavy duty four wheel cart includes a tow bar for ease of maneuvering, wheel brake to prevent undesired movement and a handy tool tray for carrying small tools, etc.
