PIUSI MP 140

PIUSI MP 140 is a pump for transferring AdBlue®, fuel, windscreen and water.

The Piusi MP 140 pneumatic pump with double diaphragm, developed to ensure maximum reliability and high performance, comes from the continuous study and experience in the field of fuel and fluid transfer systems.

The diaphragm pneumatic pump is indicated for transferring different types of fluids including chemical liquids such as Urea, water, antifreeze or windscreen washer fluid and is specifically suitable for applications in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification for zone 2) or in heavy-duty conditions.



SUITABLE FOR DIFFERENT USES

The PIUSI MP 140 diaphragm pneumatic transfer pump has a sturdy central body in technopolymer, while the side half-shells and the suction and delivery manifolds are in polypropylene. The use of high quality diaphragms in thermoplastic materials ensures a safe and clean transfer of water, chemical liquids such as Urea, and antifreeze or windscreen washing liquids.

The pneumatic circuit guarantees safe operation, while the construction principle makes the Piusi MP 140 pneumatic diaphragm transfer pump suitable for applications in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification for zone 2).



MADE IN ITALY RELIABILITY

The Piusi MP 140 transfer pump is self-priming and can run dry without damage. It also allows precise speed regulation without pressure loss.

It can be combined with the K24 digital flow meter and the SB325_X dispensing nozzle.
