PIUSI MP 180
PIUSI MP 180 is an air operated pump for transferring AdBlue®, fuel, windscreen and water.
The Piusi MP 180 pneumatic pump with double diaphragm, designed to ensure maximum reliability and high performance, comes from the continuous study and experience in the market of systems for transferring fuels and fluids.
The diaphragm pneumatic pump is indicated for transferring various types of fluids including chemical liquids such as Urea, water, antifreeze or windscreen washer fluid, and above all is suitable for use in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification for zone 2) or in heavy-duty situations.
INDICATED FOR DIFFERENT USES
The PIUSI MP 180 diaphragm pneumatic transfer pump consists of a sturdy central body in technopolymer, while the side half-shells and the suction and delivery manifolds are in polypropylene. The high quality diaphragms in thermoplastic materials used for this pump ensure a safe and clean transfer of chemical liquids such as Urea, water, antifreeze or windscreen washing liquids.
The pneumatic circuit guarantees an excellent operation, while the construction principle makes the Piusi MP 180 pneumatic diaphragm transfer pump particularly indicated for applications in potentially explosive environments (ATEX certification for zone 2).
MADE IN ITALY RELIABILITY
The Piusi MP 180 transfer pump is self-priming and is not damaged if running dry; further, it allows precise speed regulation without pressure loss.
It can be combined with the K24 digital flow meter and the SB325_X dispensing nozzle.
