Please note: Pumps that have been beaten with a hammer. Pumps that have been tampered with and damaged in the process. Pumps that are so rusted and corroded they cant be polished or wire wheeled back to useable condition. Pumps that are shipped to us missing peices eg. side covers ect. Pumps that have sucked up sand or other harmfull debris. Pumps that have broken pieces from normal wear and tear. What we’re am getting at here is there will be additional charges for these items that are out of our control and a rebuild kit just simply can’t fix. Luckily, we can order everything you need and in a timely manner. We will provide pictures and proof for your peace of mind, but please realize there is a chance you may be asked to pay for additional items. And when we have to order parts, it slows down the pump’s return time.
CLERICAL ERRORS IN PRICING
Empire Lube Equipment is not liable for mispriced items. On occasion there could be mispriced items listed much lower then they should be by a clerical error. Empire Lube Equipment has the right to cancel any orders that carry a clerical error in pricing. We sell thousands of products and mistakes happen. We are a small family run business we are not perfect and we cannot afford to take major losses cause by simple human error. I hope you are human enough to understand this policy. We want to make you happy and will work with you if such issue arises

Price Match Information
Which competitors will Empire Lube Equipment price match?
Empire Lube Equipment will price match items sold by any retailer who sells products in both retail stores and online under the same brand; we will also match those that are sold and shipped by Amazon.com and Wayfair.com. Marketplace products sold through any eligible competitor (e.g., products sold or shipped by a third party) are excluded. Competitor must be selling same item in new unopened box and a USA competitor.
Which items does Empire Lube Equipment price match?
We price match almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number, components and U.S. warranty. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. You must provide Empire with a link or a means proving to us of the lower price.
Are there any items and services that aren’t available for Price Match?
We don’t price match competitors’ or our own local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, clearance, timed sales or liquidation sales, "Black Friday" or "Cyber Monday" sales).

Also, we do not price match taxes, warranties, typographical errors, merchandise credits or contracted prices.
What happens if I buy something and then Empire Lube Equipment discounts it? Can I get a price match for the difference?

Will Empire Lube Equipment match a competitor’s price for a product where the competitor also offers an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check or gift card, or free or discounted item?
If a competitor offers a product that comes with an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check/gift card or similar discounts, we will not take these discounts into account. If a competitor offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item, and Empire Lube Equipment does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase, and will not take the free or discounted item into account.
Are delivery charges included in the price match?
It depends on whether your Empirelubeequipment.com order will receive free shipping, and whether the competitor’s order will offer free shipping:
If your Empirelubeequipment.com order will receive free shipping and the competitor’s order will receive free shipping, we will price match the product without considering shipping charges.
If your Empirelubeequipment.com order will receive free shipping and the competitor’s order will not receive free shipping, we will include an appropriate shipping charge in the competitor’s price before calculating the price match.
If your Empirelubeequipment.com order will not receive free shipping, and the competitor’s order will receive free shipping, we will deduct the Empire Lube Equipment shipping charge from the competitor’s price, so that the Empire Lube Equipment price match item total is the same as the competitor’s price.
Empire Lube Equipment only price matches orders being sold and shipped in the USA.
Are quantities limited on price-matched products?
Yes. We may limit the quantity we sell of the price-matched item, particularly if the other retailer has set a limit. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
