Application Reclassifier Fittings

Reclassifier fittings perform two critical functions:

• They maintain consistent system mist pressure for all lubrication points
• They deliver a measured amount of mist flow to each point, as determined by their orifice size

Every lubrication point requires a reclassifier fitting. Since oil-mist can be applied to a wide array of machine elements (bearings, gears, chains, etc), Alemite offers four  different types of fittings. Each type provides a different degree of reclassification of the dry mist into a suitable degree of wetness to adequately lubricate the element.
